Thanks for your Gift Voucher order. You should receive an automated Stripe receipt to your email address soon, please accept this as confirmation of your order. Your voucher will be personally made up and posted out by us within one working day via first class post (please be aware we are closed on Mondays, so vouchers ordered on Sunday night and Monday will be made and posted on Tuesday morning).

First class post should take up to 48 hours for delivery, but at busy periods can often take longer. Please allow up to week for delivery before contacting us about a missing voucher. If you have selected DPD delivery, you should receive a tracking notification once your order has been shipped.

Vouchers will be posted to the delivery address provided. We are not liable for any problems arising from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, so if you need to amend the delivery address please let us know as soon as possible.
